OSTİM Technical University’s Strategic Research Center (SAM) is a think tank and research hub that conducts rigorous, method driven analyses of Turkey’s global and regional positioning focusing on economic policy, development models, and industrial strategy and translates its findings into actionable solutions.

Working across industrial zones, cluster models, and value and supply chains, SAM collects and analyzes data, designs original models, and provides evidence-based roadmaps to decision-makers, spanning the full continuum from policy design to field implementation.

Through academia–industry–government collaboration, the Center supports undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs; disseminates knowledge via conferences, workshops, and symposia; and thereby delivers direct scientific and strategic contributions to academia, the productive economy, and policy-making processes.
